About this collection

These 13 acres are not just for show. Because we have relocated original Kerala heritage homes—the Nalukettu and Mana structures—the way you move through this garden matters. You will walk through corridors of medicinal plants and pass lotus ponds on your way to treatment blocks, helping you transition from the noise of Bangalore into a state of intentional rest before your therapy even begins.

The Role of Nature in Our Healing Philosophy

In traditional Ayurveda, the environment is just as critical as the medicine. Our campus in Whitefield is built on the belief that a healing retreat should not feel like a hospital, but like a home. By preserving 13 acres of natural vegetation and medicinal plants, we create a micro-climate that supports the body's detoxification process. Whether you are walking to the Oottupura for your sattvic meal or heading to your consultation, the natural surroundings encourage a slower pace of life.

Living in Heritage

The gardens are anchored by our restored Kerala heritage cottages. We did not build these from scratch; we brought them from Kerala, beam by beam. The wood creaks with history, and the architecture is designed to naturally regulate temperature and airflow, keeping interiors cool even in the heat of a Bangalore afternoon. This connection to organic materials and traditional design is a key part of your Panchakarma detox.

Seasonal Rhythm

The garden changes with the seasons, which informs our programming. During the monsoon, the grounds become a center for Karkidaka Chikitsa, where the humidity and cooler temperatures outside pair with intensive internal cleansing. If you are visiting for preventive wellness or stress management, you will find that the stillness of the gardens provides the mental space necessary to complete your daily yoga and meditation practice without external distractions.
