The iconic Shirodhara therapy, where a steady stream of warm medicated oil flows onto the forehead. This powerful treatment is known to calm the mind, reduce stress, and improve sleep.

About this collection

Panchakarma is not a standard spa session but a precise clinical detoxification protocol. Before any therapy begins, you will sit with our Senior Vaidya for a comprehensive Prakruti (constitution) analysis. This means you do not choose treatments from a menu. Instead, we prescribe a specific path based on your unique dosha imbalances, whether we are addressing chronic pain, digestive issues, or deep-seated stress.

Our Approach to Panchakarma

At Ayurvedagram, we view Ayurveda as a complete way of life, not a luxury hotel amenity. We moved ancestral Kerala homes—like the Aranmula Palace—to our 13-acre campus in Whitefield to ensure your healing happens in an environment that breathes, far from the clinical feel of hospital walls.

The Three Phases of Your Detox

True Panchakarma is a process that requires rhythm and patience. Our programs follow three distinct phases to ensure the body is ready to release toxins:

  • Phase 1: Preparation (Snehana & Swedana): We begin by preparing your tissues for detoxification using internal oleation, typically involving the consumption of medicated ghee, and external massages.
  • Phase 2: Cleansing: Under strict medical supervision, we perform the core cleansing therapies—such as Vamana, Virechana, or Vasti—tailored to your specific health requirements.
  • Phase 3: Restoration (Rasayana): Following the cleanse, we focus on rebuilding your strength and immunity through rejuvenation therapies, herbal formulations, and a strictly controlled diet to sustain the benefits.

Why Choose Our Clinical Programs

We do not offer a 'one size fits all' experience. Our therapists have been with us for over 15 years, providing traditional Abhyanga, Shirodhara, and Pizhichil with a level of care that feels like family. Every day involves a planned routine including yoga, meditation, and sattvic meals prepared in our kitchen to support your specific therapy plan. Whether you are staying for a short intensive or a full 14-day clinical program, you will be under the constant care of our Ayurvedic doctors who conduct daily follow-up rounds to adjust your regimen as your body responds.
