About this collection
When you choose a residential program here, it is not a standard resort check-in. Your journey begins with a private consultation with our Senior Vaidya to determine your body constitution and specific dosha imbalances. This initial assessment dictates your entire menu—all sattvic, vegetarian, and prescription-based—and your daily schedule of personalized therapies, ensuring that what you eat and how you are treated is specific to the healing your body requires.
Unlike a typical wellness spa, our focus is clinical. Whether you are dealing with persistent back pain, autoimmune conditions, or the deep exhaustion of modern burnout, our approach relies on traditional Kerala Panchakarma. This is a three-stage detoxification process—preparation, cleansing, and rejuvenation—that spans from simple short stays to 14-day intensive protocols.
Our campus is designed to support this. Because we relocated ancestral homes like the Nalukettu, the environment naturally fosters rest. During your stay, you are not just a guest; you are a patient in a structured system where male and female therapists conduct separate, gender-segregated sessions to maintain traditional decorum.
Many guests arrive after trying various allopathic treatments in Europe or the US, only to find relief here through diet and discipline. You will follow a strict, non-spicy, sattvic diet prescribed by our doctors. It is not always easy—there is no caffeine or alcohol, and mornings start early with yoga and meditation—but this is how we keep the heritage alive and effective. If you are looking for a genuine, medically-supervised reset rather than a leisure holiday, you will find our village the ideal place to begin.

We believe Ayurveda belongs in nature, not hospital walls. We have spent years rebuilding ancestral Kerala homes here in Bangalore to create a sanctuary where the air, the food, and the therapies work together to help you recover.
