About this collection
When you walk into our BTM Layout house, you won't see a teacher standing at the front of the room. You will see children choosing work that matches their inner curiosity, whether it is tracing sandpaper letters or building with the Pink Tower. This is what following the child looks like in practice—we provide the prepared environment, but they dictate the pace.
At Ayelet Montessori, our work is defined by the 'whole child' approach. We don't just teach the alphabet; we foster social, emotional, and physical development. When you look at our classroom, you see a mixed-age group where older children mentor younger ones and everyone learns to resolve conflicts through empathy rather than aggression.
The Montessori Pillars
We ground our daily practice in five core areas: Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics, and Culture. Each material you see—from the math beads to the practical life activities like washing hands—is scientifically designed to isolate a specific concept. This allows children to move from concrete, hands-on experience to abstract understanding without pressure.
