About Para-Archery: Strength & Spirit
We don't just teach shooting, we build complete athletes. Our para-archery training integrates strength drills like theraband work with precise technical bow tuning, ensuring you have the physical foundation to handle competition pressure and consistent long-distance shooting at our Palam Vihar range.
For us, archery is not just a hobby, yeh humare khoon mein hai. We believe a disability is just a hurdle, not a stop sign. Our approach to para-archery is simple: you show up, you do the work, and we provide the technical support to get you to the podium.
The Training Philosophy
Ek din mein champion nahi banta, boss. Our para-athletes, like national-level contenders Shriya and Sarika, follow the same rigour as our other shooters. We focus on:
- Adaptive Technique: Whether you use a compound or recurve bow, we adapt the stance and shooting mechanics to your specific biomechanics.
- Strength & Conditioning: Archery is as much in the mind and core as it is in the arms. We integrate yoga for focus, battle ropes for endurance, and targeted physio assessments to keep you injury-free.
- Competition Prep: We don't practice for fun alone. We run internal scoring rounds that mimic the tension of state and national trials. You will learn to manage your nerves, tune your sights, and perform under the heat of the competition.
