Pricing Guide
Full-Week Integrated Training
Training Schedule
- Frequency: 5 days a week (Mon, Wed, Thu, Sat, Sun).
- Volume: Approximately 40 hours per month (2 hours per session).
- Location: Open-air field at Palam Farms (weather dependent).
Physical Conditioning
- Strength: Daily functional fitness using battle ropes, dumbbells, and therabands for shoulder stability.
- Endurance: Field jogging, agility cone drills, and bodyweight circuits like pushups and squats.
- Wellness: Group outdoor yoga focusing on Asanas and Pranayama for shooting focus.
Gear & Support
- Equipment: Bow and arrows provided complimentary for the 1st month; personal gear required from Month 2.
- Assessments: Access to scheduled fitness checks by visiting physio partners.
Weekend Conditioning & Skills
Training Schedule
- Frequency: 2 days a week (Saturday & Sunday).
- Volume: Approximately 16 hours per month.
- Focus: High-density sessions designed for working professionals or students.
Condensed Activity
- Fitness: High-intensity warm-ups and conditioning to maintain physical form.
- Shooting: Primary focus on shooting volume and technique retention within limited hours.
Gear Policy
- Equipment: Bow and arrows provided complimentary for the 1st month; personal gear required from Month 2.
1-on-1 Elite Competition Coaching
Premium Access
- Ratio: 1-on-1 dedicated coaching attention.
- Frequency: 5 days a week (Mon, Wed, Thu, Sat, Sun).
- Goal: Medal-focused training for competitive aspirants.
Advanced Performance
- Technique: Deep biomechanics analysis using video playback and form correction.
- Conditioning: Custom fitness regime tailored to specific weak points (e.g., tricep isolation).
- Mental Game: Strategy for tournament pressure and shot sequence visualization.
Requirements
- Gear: Athlete must own professional-grade Compound or Recurve equipment.

I’m not just coaching you to shoot better - I’m here to help you become a complete athlete. Yeh hamare blood mein hai (it’s in our blood): everything from your mind to your muscles gets attention. If you’re serious about archery, you know it’s not just about hitting the target. It’s about building a strong, focused, and resilient you.
Body First, Always Moving
No shortcuts here. Har din tapna hoga (you have to grind every day). Our sessions mix archery strength and conditioning with real-world exercises - battle ropes, dumbbells, pushups, all under watchful eyes. We use therabands to get your bow-drawing muscles firing, plus agility drills and team games to keep it fresh. Even Zumba finds its way in sometimes.
Mind Matters
If your mind’s not right, your aim won’t be either. Every morning kicks off with yoga for athletic performance. We do asanas and pranayama on the field, so you get flexibility and focus before you shoot. Regular sports psychology workshops bring mental toughness for athletes to the front, with expert tips to deal with pressure and target panic.

My Story
Hi, we’re the Avid Archery family. Archery isn’t just about the bow and arrow for us—it’s about finding yourself, sticking together, and learning every day. We party on Holi, Lohri, birthdays, and every win, big or tiny. Our journey’s got stories like Shriya Joshi’s—she came in after an accident, thought archery was easy, found out it’s tough, but with all our support, she became a national para-archer. We’re all about ‘ARCHERY 4 All’.

Archery Training for All - We train kids, adults, beginners, and athletes—Recurve, Compound, and Para-archery training included.
Archery Meditation Sessions - We mix archery with yoga and meditation to help you focus and grow, not just shoot arrows.
