Archery is not about natural talent; it is about showing up and doing the work. Whether you are five or fifty, you start in the same place: understanding how to hold the bow and respect the range.

What to Expect

Your first session is all about building a foundation. We focus on:

• Range Safety: Learning whistle commands and how to handle a bow without injuring yourself or others.
• Body Mechanics: Before you touch an arrow, you learn how to stand. We focus on your stance, your anchor point, and how to use your back muscles—not just your arms—to draw the bow.
• The Gear: We provide the recurve bow, arrows, and arm guard for your trial session. You don't need to buy a thing until you are sure this is for you.

The 'Avid' Approach

We don't believe in quick fixes. Ek din mein champion nahi banta. (Nobody becomes a champion in a day.) Your journey begins with consistency. Even in your first hour, you will feel the difference between just 'shooting' and actually 'aiming' with focus. We use therabands to teach form before moving to live shooting, ensuring you have the strength and alignment to avoid bad habits.
