Vegetarian meals and counters from our events
We serve coastal menus, banana-leaf meals, buffets and live counters. Here is a little of each.
Banana-leaf meals go from our serving team to a full spread of rice, vegetables, sweets and accompaniments.
Mangalore wedding meals at Miraya Greens include our goli baje, akki rotti, badnekayi, payasa and holige.
Vegetarian buffet dishes sit in our serving counters as guests help themselves to a North Indian menu.
Fruit displays and live chaat counters fill our reception section at Rajan Greens on Kanakapura Road.
Coffee and tea are prepared at our live station, with decorated kettles, cups and staff serving the drinks.
Golden thali meals are served by our team at a Satyanarayana pooja in Parthasarathi Damodar Hall.
Anupama Gowda talks about our housewarming catering, from helping with the menu to looking after guests during the meal.
About Featured
Our Miraya Greens wedding menu was completely Mangalore cuisine. It included goli baje, banana podi, akki rotti, badnekayi, payasa and holige. The seated meal is one way we serve, alongside buffets and golden thali meals.
Different meals, different occasions
We customise traditional, South Indian and North Indian vegetarian menus. The North Indian buffet here sits beside banana-leaf dining, not as one combined event menu. At Parthasarathi Damodar Hall, we served golden thali meals for a Satyanarayana pooja.
Counters alongside the meal
At Rajan Greens on Kanakapura Road, our reception counters included fruit displays and live chaat. We also prepare coffee and tea at live stations with decorated kettles and staff serving the drinks.
Looking after guests
Anupama Gowda talks about our housewarming catering and the attention guests received. We work alongside our serving staff and taste the items before serving. The food and the people eating it both matter to us.
