About this collection
You will not just learn in a silent practice room here. We host regular 'Studio Sessions' where students of all ages and skill levels come together to perform for a real audience. It is about taking the notes you practiced in class and sharing them, turning performance into a routine, celebratory experience for everyone involved.
Learning music is only half the journey. The other half happens when you step in front of an audience. We built August Music Productions around this belief, creating a space where the stage is accessible to everyone, whether you are six years old picking up a ukulele for the first time or an adult revisiting a childhood hobby.
Our approach is simple: we provide the environment, the gear, and the coaching, and you provide the enthusiasm. At our Rustam Bagh studio, we treat every performance as a milestone. We have moved away from the pressure of traditional, stiff examinations, focusing instead on the 'Studio Session' model. These monthly events are designed to be low-pressure environments where students learn how to listen to bandmates, handle a microphone, and feed off the energy of a live room.
For our younger students, this means learning how to be part of a group circle and engaging with rhythm games that make theory feel like play. For our older students and teens, it often involves forming small bands where they learn to communicate musically without words. It is common to see a six-year-old on the drums for the first time or a teenager shredding a guitar solo while a classmate holds the beat on the keys.
We keep the studio setup professional, with access to digital pianos, acoustic guitars, and PA systems, so you always sound like you belong on stage. If you are looking for a community that prioritizes personal growth and the shared joy of making music over rigid, competitive grading, you will fit right in with us.
August Music Productions
We are August Music Productions—our students just call us AMP. We believe music shouldn't be a solitary pursuit, which is why we have built our space around sharing and performing. Whether you are six or sixty, we want to help you find your voice and a stage to share it on.
