About Portraits from Your Photos
When you share a photo with me, I don't just copy lines. I spend 2 to 3 hours focusing on the shading and skin texture to ensure the portrait captures your true expression. Every piece is treated with fixative spray so the charcoal stays sharp, and I pack it with multiple layers of bubble wrap so it reaches you anywhere in India without a scratch.
How I Create Your Portrait
My process is simple but dedicated. Whether it is a solo portrait or a couple sketch, I start with high-quality materials like Faber-Castell and Staedtler pencils on 200 GSM Brustro or Canson paper. I believe that a portrait should be more than just paper; it is a memory. Because I work from digital photo references, I can dedicate more time to the detailing than I can with my 10-minute live sketches at India Gate.
Quality and Framing
I do not cut corners on the finish. Every portrait you order comes in a clean, sturdy synthetic wood frame with acrylic or glass glazing to keep the art safe. I use multiple coats of fixative to prevent the charcoal from shedding or fading over time.
