Realistic Pencil & Charcoal Sketches
I bring memories to life with detailed graphite and charcoal portraits, crafted with patience in my Banswara studio!
My completed sketch of Maa Saraswati. I used a 0.5mm mechanical pencil on A3 size Brustro paper to achieve the highest level of detail in her ornaments and expression.
A detailed pencil sketch of Mata Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth and prosperity. I focused on the intricate details of her jewelry and the serene look on her face.

Here's my process for packing a pencil sketch for a client in West Bengal. I use a fixative spray and a thank you card before rolling it into a protective tube.
A look at how I pack a paid commission work for a client in Maharashtra. The sketch is carefully covered and rolled to ensure it arrives safely.
About Detailed Pencil & Charcoal Sketches
I use fine-point mechanical pencils on heavy 200gsm Brustro paper to capture textures, from individual hair strands to delicate jewelry details. Because pencil and charcoal work can smudge, I treat every finished piece with a protective fixative spray and roll it inside a secure PVC tube, ensuring your portrait reaches you in perfect condition.
Whether you want a realistic portrait of a loved one or a detailed sketch of a spiritual figure, I give it my full focus. I work primarily with graphite and charcoal because they bring a classic, timeless feel to your photos. When you share a reference photo, I spend hours on the shading to get every detail right. I know how much these memories matter to you.
I am based in Banswara, but I ship these sketches across India. I take your order safety seriously. Each sketch gets a fixative coat so the graphite stays sharp, and then it is packed in a crush-proof PVC pipe. You will receive it ready to be framed. If you have any specific ideas or want to combine faces from different photos, just tell me. I always chat directly with my clients to make sure I am creating exactly what you imagined.
