Devotional Wall Art and Spiritual Home Murals
Bringing a sense of peace to your home starts with the right environment. I create hand-painted spiritual murals and 3D reliefs that turn ordinary walls into personal sanctuaries of devotion.
Watch the creation of a beautiful Lord Krishna wall painting inside a client's home. From the initial sketch on the wall to the final brushstrokes, this mural was made with immense devotion to bring a sense of tranquility and divine presence to the family's living space.
This 3D clay mural of Ardhanarishvara is a powerful spiritual statement piece for a home's exterior. The video shows the careful sculpting and painting process that brings the divine union of Shiva and Shakti to life, creating a blessed entrance for the home.
While I am known for murals, I also create detailed oil paintings on canvas. This piece captures the divine love between Lord Shiva and Parvati. The video shows the fine brushwork and layering of colors needed to achieve such a realistic and emotive portrait.
About Sacred Spaces: Devotional Art for Your Home
For home murals, the material choice changes the vibe significantly. A 3D clay relief with metallic finishes adds depth and gravitas to an entrance or puja room, while a 2D acrylic painting is often better for creating an immersive, large-scale scene like a forest or mountain landscape. Think about how the light hits your specific wall before deciding between texture and flat paint.
My Approach to Spiritual Art
When I work on a devotional project, whether it is a mural of Lord Krishna or a Shiva-Parvati relief, the process is about more than just applying paint. It is about patience, or taalme, as I like to call it.
The Process:
- Consultation: We start by discussing the deity or scene you want. If you have a specific vision, I sketch it out. We review the layout together to ensure it fits the wall space perfectly.
- Material Selection: For interiors, I use non-toxic, artist-grade acrylics that last for years. For puja rooms or entrance walls, I often recommend 3D clay relief art. This technique uses industrial clay to build depth, finished with antique metallic tones that catch the light and create a divine atmosphere.
- Protection: Every mural is finished with a protective clear varnish. This makes the surface wipeable, so you can keep your sacred space clean without worrying about damaging the art.
Timeline and Logistics:
- 2D Murals: These are typically faster to execute, depending on the wall size.
- 3D Clay Murals: These are intricate. Because the clay needs time to cure between layers, a 4x4 ft mural usually takes about 10 to 15 days to complete.
I handle the floor masking and furniture protection myself, so you do not have to worry about the mess. My goal is to leave you with a space that feels calm, blessed, and truly yours.
