A glimpse into the messy, colourful, and creative world we build at my Mulund studio. From tiny hands exploring pastels to adults mastering canvas painting.

This stunningly realistic canvas painting of grapes and wine was created by one of my talented 8th-grade students. In my advanced classes, we dive deep into acrylic techniques, focusing on light, shadow, and texture to bring subjects to life.

I guide my students in exploring exciting techniques like knife painting, as seen in this vibrant parrot canvas. This method allows for rich texture and bold colour expression, perfect for artists looking to try something new and dynamic.

Art isn't just for paper. Here, one of my young artists proudly shows off her hand-painted unicorn T-shirt. My fabric painting workshops let students create wearable art they can cherish and show off.

Look at these adorable Ganesha idols made by my students during a clay modelling workshop. These hands-on sessions are a fun, tactile way for children to connect with culture and create their own festive decorations.

The festive season is always a burst of creativity in my class. Here, my students are showcasing their handmade Diwali crafts, including colourful paper lanterns and beautifully painted diyas.

I am so proud to witness the incredible growth of my students. This image shows the artistic journey of two sisters, from their initial drawings in 2019 to their advanced still life paintings in 2025, highlighting how consistency and guidance help creativity blossom.

Still life drawing is a fundamental skill that I teach to help students understand form, shading, and composition. This colourful piece by a 6th-grade student shows a wonderful grasp of these core concepts.

Even my youngest artists reach for the stars. This imaginative astronaut craft, complete with a photo face, was made by a pre-primary student, showing that my classes are a space for creativity to take flight at any age.

From simple paper rolls to a colourful, mischievous cat, this video shows the fun process of our craft sessions. I encourage kids to get hands-on and transform everyday materials into something magical.

About Featured

In my studio, you might see a 5-year-old experimenting with oil pastels at one table while an adult learns advanced knife painting at another. It is a space where we value the mess-making process just as much as the finished piece, ensuring everyone learns at their own pace.

Why Art Matters

I believe art is about more than just a pretty final result. It is a way for a child to express themselves, for a teen to build patience, and for an adult to unwind after a long day. My classes are completely screen-free, which means we focus entirely on the texture of paint, the blending of colours, and the joy of creating something with your own two hands.

What You Can Expect

Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to prepare for exams, I structure my sessions to be accessible. We do not use rigid methods. Instead, I walk you through the basics of composition and colour theory, then let you take the lead. You will find that my studio in Mulund is informal, often featuring floor-seating or low tables, which helps create a relaxed atmosphere where mistakes are just a part of the learning journey.

Classes Offered

  • Foundation: Oil pastels and basic drawing for kids.
  • Canvas & Acrylics: Techniques like knife painting for older students and adults.
  • Custom Workshops: One-off sessions for clay modelling, fabric painting, and festive crafts.

Consistency is how we improve. By the end of a month of classes, I find that my students have not only developed better motor skills or artistic techniques, but they have also built the confidence to try new, complex projects. If you are looking to add some colour to your routine, come join us.
