Festive & Holiday Art Workshops for All Ages
Bring the festive spirit home with guided art sessions. I handle the setup, supplies, and cleanup, so you can enjoy creating memories with your family or friends without any of the stress.
Team ArtHouse and my wonderful students wish you a Merry Christmas! Here they are, proudly showing off their festive snowman and candle paintings.
A throwback to some spooky and creative Halloween-inspired artworks from my online art classes. We explored everything from haunted houses to characters from "The Nightmare Before Christmas".
Getting ready for Diwali with some beautiful Lippan art. My 4th graders created these stunning mirrored diya holders, perfect for lighting up the festival of lights.
My kindergarteners had so much fun making these colourful Easter wreaths. They coloured and cut out the eggs themselves and arranged them beautifully.
My little valentines! We made these beautiful "tree of hearts" crafts to celebrate Valentine's Day. With them, every day is filled with love and joy.
An explosion of love and creativity! My 4th graders made these amazing explosion boxes for Father's Day, filling each layer with surprises, treats, and heartfelt messages.
Happy Lunar New Year! My first graders created these vibrant and fierce Chinese dragon masks to celebrate. It's a fantastic craft to learn about this iconic symbol of Chinese culture.
About this collection
I turn your living room into a studio for a few hours, carrying all the paints, brushes, and pre-sketched canvases so you don't have to scramble for supplies. Whether it is Diwali, Christmas, or a themed birthday, the focus is always on messy, unfiltered fun where every guest walks away with a piece they actually made themselves.
Festivals are meant for joy, not for running around organizing craft supplies. My holiday workshops are designed to remove the 'shor' (noise) of preparation. I bring everything—from non-toxic acrylics and wooden easels to specific project materials like mirrors for Lippan art or festive yarn for tree decorations—directly to your venue.
Why book a festive workshop?
- Age-Appropriate Fun: I adjust the complexity of every project. My 4th graders might tackle intricate mirror-work for Diwali, while kindergarteners focus on fine motor skills through simple paper-plate wreaths or Easter egg coloring.
- No Experience Needed: The goal is creation, not perfection. Whether we are making explosion boxes for Father's Day or decoupage Christmas boxes, I guide you step-by-step so nobody feels intimidated by a blank canvas.
- The 'Jugaad' Factor: I love finding creative, accessible ways to make art. We don't just use standard supplies; we use recycled materials and smart techniques to create unique keepsakes that actually look professional.
I handle the entire setup and the clean-up afterward. You just provide the space, and I bring the 'sukoon' (peace) and color. We can host these sessions in your garden, living room, or office, ensuring a personalized experience that fits your specific holiday vibe.

I'm Soojata. I have been painting for over 25 years, but my real joy is seeing that spark in my students when they create something new. I believe art is my sukoon (peace), and I love helping you celebrate festivals with hands-on, creative fun.
