About Handcrafted Artisanal Soaps
Because I hand-cut every bar (100g-125g), no two pieces look exactly alike, but that is the charm of real, cold-process soap. Unlike mass-market options, I use vegetable oils and homegrown actives like Coorg coffee or lemongrass rather than synthetic hardeners, which means they feel different on your skin. They tend to soften faster if left in water, so I always recommend keeping them on a well-draining dish to make them last longer.
The difference is in the process. When I create soaps like my 'Wake Me Up' bar with activated charcoal and coffee, or the lemongrass-infused 'Green Terminator', I am not just mixing scents. I use cold-process and melt-and-pour methods that preserve the natural glycerin, ensuring your skin stays hydrated, not stripped. Most commercial soaps are detergents that use parabens and artificial foaming agents. Mine are pure soap—simple vegetable oils, coconut oil, and shea butter.
Why Ingredients Matter
Everything I make is traceable. If you see Coorg coffee in my scrub soap, it is real ground coffee, not a synthetic imitation. My packaging is equally intentional—upcycled newspapers, butter paper, and jute twine. No plastic enters your box.
How to Get the Most Out of Your Soap
Natural soap is alive. Because I do not use artificial hardeners or preservatives, your soap will last longer if you do not let it sit in a puddle. Let it dry between uses. It is a small adjustment for a much cleaner wash.
