Handmade Artisanal Body Bars
I craft these body bars from scratch using the traditional cold-process method. They are packed with natural oils and clays to keep your skin happy, without the harsh synthetic chemicals found in store-bought options.
A close-up of my 'Taabar' mild body bar. I designed this for the most sensitive skin, using gentle clays and nourishing butters to cleanse without irritation. The decorative top is a little piece of art.
My 'Barood' charcoal body bar is a customer favorite for deep cleansing. Activated charcoal draws out impurities, while goat's milk ensures your skin feels soft and moisturized, not tight.
This is my 'Hindustani Ubtan' soap, inspired by Ayurveda's oldest recipes. It's made to help reduce sun tan and brighten the skin with traditional herbs and ingredients.
The 'Narikela' soap is made with creamy coconut milk. It’s a wonderfully hydrating vegan bar that feeds your skin with healthy fats, leaving it feeling supple and nourished.
Can't decide which soap to try? My assorted soap jars are the perfect solution. This jar contains sample-sized cubes of my most popular body bars, letting you discover your favorite.
Each jar of assorted soaps is a colorful collection of my handmade creations. It's a great way to experience the different textures and scents from across my range of artisanal soaps.
Here you can see me cutting my 'Hindustani Ubtan' soap bars. The cold-process method requires a curing period, and cutting the loaf is one of the final, most rewarding steps.
About this collection
Because I hand-cut every single bar and let them cure for over four weeks, they feel much denser and creamier than anything you will find at a standard supermarket. You might notice slight variations in color or shape between batches, but that is exactly how you know they are made by human hands rather than a machine, ensuring all those nourishing natural oils stay intact.
Why Cold-Process Matters
The magic starts with the method. Most commercial soaps are mass-produced with harsh detergents that strip your skin of its protective layer. I prefer the slow, traditional cold-process technique. It takes patience, but it allows the natural glycerin to remain in the soap, which is essential for hydration. I blend organic butters and oils, then let them cure in my studio for at least four weeks. This patience creates a hard, long-lasting bar that produces a rich, creamy lather.
Finding Your Perfect Bar
Each bar serves a different skin need:
- For sensitive skin: My 'Taabar' bar uses gentle clays to cleanse without causing irritation.
- For deep cleansing: The 'Barood' charcoal bar draws out impurities while goat's milk keeps things moisturized.
- For brightening: My 'Hindustani Ubtan' bar brings in Ayurvedic traditions to help fade sun tans.
- For a morning wake-up: The 'Namma Kaapi' coffee bar offers mild exfoliation to get your circulation going.
Caring For Your Soap
Since these are natural products made without chemical preservatives, they thrive when kept dry. Do not leave them sitting in a puddle of water on your shower ledge. Use a draining soap dish to help them last longer. If you are new to my range, try the assorted soap jar. It is a collection of sample-sized cubes so you can test what works best for your skin before committing to a full bar.
Kabbalah
Hi, I am Devanshi. I started Kabbalah in 2020 because I wanted skincare that was actually kind to our bodies and the environment. Every single bar you see here is made by my own two hands, using raw, honest ingredients like coconut milk, clay, and essential oils.
