About Handcrafted Natural Soaps
One thing you should know is that our bars are cold-processed and cured for 4-6 weeks before they ever leave our farm. Because we do not use artificial foaming agents or chemical hardeners, these soaps feel different from mass-produced brands. They might not create a mountain of synthetic lather, but they will not strip your skin of its natural moisture either. It is a slower process, but it ensures you are getting a bar that is actually gentle and nourishing, not just a block of cleaning chemicals.
The Cold Process Difference
Most commercial soaps are detergent-based bars produced rapidly with synthetic chemicals. At Arthlings, we stick to the traditional cold process. By mixing oils and lye at controlled temperatures, we preserve the natural glycerin that is usually stripped out in factory soaps. This glycerin is what keeps your skin soft, not dry.
Ingredients We Trust
We know exactly what goes into your soap because we grow many of the ingredients ourselves on our farm in Maharajganj, UP.
- Charcoal & Dead Sea Mud: Designed for a deep cleanse, this bar draws out impurities without leaving your skin feeling tight or dehydrated.
- Neem & Tulsi (Herb Bath): Our go-to for the monsoon season or general antibacterial protection. It is gentle enough even for children.
- Turmeric Milk: Specifically crafted for dry to normal skin, this bar focuses on restoring moisture and a natural glow during colder months.
- Café Latte: A newer addition made with coffee and goat milk, providing a gentle exfoliation for dry and itchy skin.
How to Choose
If you are unsure where to start, think about your skin's immediate need. For an oily, breakout-prone face, charcoal is a reliable choice. If you have sensitive or dry skin, reach for the Turmeric Milk or Café Latte bars. We do not use any parabens, sulfates, or artificial perfumes. We use only plant-based essential oils, so if you are sensitive to heavy, artificial scents, you will appreciate the mild, earthy aroma of our natural ingredients.
Arthlings
I am Divya. After 14 years in IT, I started Arthlings because I could not find skincare I truly trusted for my own family. I now run our farm in UP, where we grow the botanicals that go into every single bar we make.
