About National & International Circuit (AITA & ITF)
This program goes far beyond standard drills. We focus on high-intensity match simulation, court geometry, and tactical pattern development required to compete on the AITA and ITF junior circuits. You will work directly with our head coaches to build the physical conditioning and mental toughness needed to win when the pressure is high, ensuring you are prepared for tournament conditions before you ever step onto the match court.
The transition from club-level play to the competitive AITA and ITF circuits is the biggest jump a junior player can make. Our high-performance training is designed to bridge that gap by treating every training session with the gravity of a tournament match.
Our High-Performance Approach
We don't believe in empty volume. Our 3-4 hour daily sessions are structured to build a 'weapon'—identifying your unique style and developing the technical tools to execute it under pressure.
- Tactical Development: We work on shot selection, pattern play, and court geography, ensuring you know how to exploit opponents' weaknesses during competitive points.
- Conditioning: Tennis is a physical game. We integrate sport-specific strength and conditioning, focusing on explosive speed, agility, and injury prevention, which are non-negotiable for success at the national level.
- Career & Tournament Planning: Competitive success is about more than just hitting; it is about strategy. We guide our players through annual AITA and ITF calendar planning, offering post-match video analysis to turn losses into learning opportunities.
The Training Environment
We limit our batches to a maximum of 4 players per court. This high coach-to-student ratio ensures that the head coaches, Sunny and Kartikeya, provide the direct oversight needed for elite development. We train six days a week, pushing every player to fight for every ball, just like in our competitive matches. Whether you are aiming for AITA Junior titles or looking to break into the ITF circuit, the grind here is real, consistent, and focused entirely on results. We let our racquets do the talking.
