My Coaching Philosophy: Level First, Results Later
Stop asking 'result kab aayega?' and start focusing on the process. My coaching is simple: build your level, and the results will follow. Let's get to work.
I always tell my players: are your thoughts and goals aligned? To reach new heights, you must be willing to question your old beliefs and try new approaches. My coaching goes beyond just technique; we work on building a flexible, growth-oriented mindset to overcome any challenge.
There is no choice, you have to do both hard work and smart work. Hard work is the hours you put in for conditioning and drills. Smart work is the strategy, like anticipating your opponent or using the right shot at the right time. My coaching helps you combine both to maximize your impact on the court.
About My Coaching Philosophy: Level First, Results Later
Most players get stuck because they focus on scoreboards instead of skills. If your grip is wrong, no amount of 'hard work' will fix your forehand. In our sessions, we strip away the noise and start with biomechanical correction, breaking down your swing path frame-by-frame until your muscle memory is actually working for you, not against you.
I built my academy, Thirty40, on one simple truth: shortcuts don't work. Whether you are picking up a racket for the first time or trying to turn pro, the foundation remains the same. You cannot build a skyscraper on a weak base.
The 'Level First' Approach
In India, the rush for results often kills the game. You chase tournaments before you have the technical foundation to survive them. My coaching, whether it is Tennis, Padel, or Pickleball, focuses on three pillars:
- Biomechanical Efficiency: We analyze your swing path to maximize power and prevent injury. If you aren't moving right, you aren't playing right.
- Strategic Awareness: Learning to anticipate your opponent is smart work. We use tactical drills to help you think, not just react.
- Growth Mindset: Are your goals aligned with your current reality? We work on the mental toughness needed to accept feedback and evolve.
Where We Train
We keep the logistics simple so you can focus on the court. My primary training hubs are at CoPlay in Pusa Road for New Delhi and Jaypee Greens for Greater Noida. These are professional-grade facilities, providing the right surface and environment for high-intensity training.
Is This For You?
If you want a quick fix or an ego boost, look elsewhere. But if you are ready for some mehnat aur imandaari (effort and honesty), you will fit right in. We push hard, we train with purpose, and we have fun doing it. It is not about being a tournament number; it is about becoming a player who knows exactly why they hit the shot they hit.
