Pricing Guide
Standard Ground Activities & Buffet
Food & Beverage
- Welcome Drink: Non-alcoholic fruit squash or lime juice on arrival.
- Buffet Lunch: Served in common dining area. Includes 1 Soup, Green Salad, Roti/Naan, Flavoured Rice, White Rice with Rasam/Sambar, Dal Fry.
- Mains: 1 Chicken Curry (e.g., Butter Chicken) and 1 Paneer/Veg Dry preparation.
- Dessert: Single serving sweet (Gulab Jamun or Ice Cream).
- Hi-Tea: Evening service (approx 4:30 PM) with Tea/Coffee and one hot snack (Bajji/Pakoda) or biscuits.
Guided Team Activities
- Facilitator: Access to a dedicated coordinator for structured ground games.
- Activity Scope: 3-4 low-intensity games using props (pipes, ropes, cups).
- Game Examples: Pipeline, Keypunch, Magic Turtle, or Pyramid Builder.
- Venue Access: General access to open lawns and Astroturf areas.
Amenities & Terms
- Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Facilities: Access to clean common washrooms and shaded gazebos.
- Exclusions: This package does not include swings, water activities, or motorized sports.
Adventure Package: Giant Swing & Water Sports
Adrenaline Activities (Single Attempt)
- The Giant Swing: Participants are harnessed and hoisted 50+ feet for a pendulum swing.
- Lake Activities: 2-seater plastic Kayaks (life jackets mandatory) and Water Cycling pontoons.
- Group Action: Access to Human Foosball arena and Archery Tag or Bubble Soccer (based on rotation).
Food & Beverage
- Buffet Lunch: Standard spread with Soup, Salad, Roti, Rice, Dal, 1 Chicken Curry, 1 Veg/Paneer dish, and Dessert.
- Drinks: Welcome fruit squash and evening Tea/Coffee with a hot snack.
Facility & Requirements
- Clothing Policy: Synthetic clothing (Nylon/Polyester) is strictly mandatory for any water or pool activity.
- Safety: Helmets and harnesses provided for high-rope activities.
- Wait Times: Activities are group-batched; wait times may occur during peak hours.
Premium Gold: Paintball, Karts & Ejector
Premium Inclusions (Single Attempt)
- Paintball: Combat game including overalls, face mask, marker gun, and approx. 30-50 pellets per person (Age 18+).
- Dirt Karting: Off-road buggy racing on a mud track using 4-stroke engine buggies.
- Rocket Ejector: Vertical bungee launch system. Strict Limit: Max participant weight 70kg.
- Superman Swing: Horizontal harness variation of the giant swing.
Standard & Adventure Access
- Water & Rope: Includes Kayaking, Water Cycling, and Giant Swing.
- Group Games: Includes Human Foosball, Bubble Soccer, and Archery Tag.
- Inflatable Course: Access to the 'Meltdown' rotating arm jump game.
Dining & Priorities
- Full Board: Welcome Drink, Standard Corporate Buffet Lunch (Chicken & Veg), and Hi-Tea.
- Access: Wristbands allow entry to exclusive Gold zones (Kart/Paintball areas).

My Story
Area 83? We're just a bunch who got tired of honking and crowds, so we built our own escape. Green fields, a calm lake, and way too many ways to have fun or just do nothing. Some folks come for the 80ft Sky Swing, some just want to chill by the water, book in hand. Our team’s as mixed as our guests - bit wild, bit zen. We’re all about making your day out feel like it’s actually yours.

Adrenaline Stuff - Try the Rocket Ejector or Dirt Kart track adventure if you want stories to tell (and maybe a shaky video or two).
Team Games, But Wild - Human Foosball Bangalore, Bubble Soccer, Archery Tag - it’s chaos, it’s cardio, and it’s hilarious.
