Striking Villa Elevations and Modern Home Facades

Your home's facade is the first chapter of your story. I design elevations that balance modern geometric forms with durable natural stone and wood, creating a striking first impression that lasts.

Another view of the completed residence in Greater Noida. The design uses a mix of stone cladding and wood-finished louvers to create texture and visual interest across multiple levels.

"Architecture is the learned game, correct and magnificent, of forms assembled in the light." This entrance I designed features a combination of dark marble, a slatted main gate, and strategic lighting to create a grand welcome.

A residence at dusk. I pay close attention to exterior lighting design, as it completely transforms the building's character after sunset, highlighting its architectural forms.

This video showcases a 3D render for a multi-level home, illustrating how different materials and balcony designs come together to create a lifestyle-centric elevation.

An upcoming residence design. Here, I've incorporated vertical green panels and extensive glazing to bring a sense of nature and openness to the urban structure.

About this collection

An exterior isn't just about curb appeal, it is about how the building breathes and protects you. I pay close attention to material longevity, using weather-proof textures, stone cladding, and strategic lighting that makes your home stand out even after sunset. When I design a facade, I am thinking about how it will age, how it handles the Delhi NCR weather, and how it connects to the life happening inside.

Architecture is, as they say, a learned game of forms assembled in the light. When we work on your villa elevation, we aren't just applying a finish; we are defining the structural silhouette of your home.

My approach to exteriors starts with the skeleton. For turnkey projects, we use Fe-550 TMT steel and robust RCC frames designed for seismic compliance. But the striking part comes after, where we layer materials that provide character. I frequently use high-quality sandstone, travertine, and HPL louvers to break the monotony of concrete. These aren't just aesthetic choices; they are functional decisions for durability in our harsh climate.

We also prioritize lighting. A great elevation should look as good at 10 PM as it does at 10 AM. I plan the external lighting loops during the structural phase, ensuring that wall-washers and profile lights highlight the geometric forms we've created.

Whether it is a narrow-plot residence requiring vertical elements to create height, or a sprawling villa needing bold horizontal planes, the process remains the same. We start with 3D visualization to get the geometry right, then we move to material selection—handpicking the specific veneer or stone finish. It can get messy during construction with the dust and the chaos, but that is the 'wip' stage where the ghar starts taking shape. Trust the process, and we will ensure the result is a masterpiece.
