Execution Process
- Health check and canopy pruning (30 to 40% reduction) to minimize transplant shock.
- Manual trench digging (2 to 3 ft radius) to create a preserved earth ball.
- Ball and Burlap packaging using breathable Hessian cloth and jute ropes.
- Digging a new pit (approx. 3x3x3 ft) and precision replanting.
Logistics & Materials
- Loading and unloading using a team of 4 skilled laborers.
- Local transport via open bed vehicle (e.g., Tata Ace) within city limits.
- Supply of Garden Red Soil, Cow Manure, and Vermicompost for the new pit.
- Application of root growth hormones (auxins) and anti termite treatment.
- Installation of bamboo stakes (tripod style) for stability if needed.
Key Exclusions
- BMC or municipal permissions for tree cutting or transplanting.
- Heavy machinery like Cranes or JCBs (service relies on manual labor).

Tree Specifications
- Sourcing of a healthy, acclimated specimen (Ficus Benjamina, Fox Tail Palm, or Areca Palm).
- Height range: 10 to 14 ft with developed canopy (Ficus) or 8 to 10 ft clear trunk (Palms).
- Verification of trunk girth and root ball integrity prior to delivery.
Installation Works
- Excavation of planting site and removal of existing debris.
- Pit filling with a mix of Red Soil, River Sand for drainage, and Organic Manure.
- Manual unloading and positioning by a team of 4 to 6 personnel.
Transport & Finish
- Transport from nursery to site with canopy protection against wind burn.
- Soil surface leveling and site cleanup.
- Deep watering with rooting stimulant solution to eliminate air pockets.
