Custom Hand-Painted Pet Portraits

Here's Handsome the Chow Chow. I focused on creating the thick, fluffy texture of his fur and his calm, majestic presence. Each dog in the group portrait got their own special attention to detail.

This is Olive, whose sweet head tilt I just had to capture. I made sure to include her personalized dog tag, a small detail that makes the portrait uniquely hers.

The happy, panting face of Kiwi. Getting the texture of white fur right involves carefully layering shades of grey, blue, and cream to create depth and softness.

This was the biggest pet portrait I’ve painted yet, a 3 by 3.5 feet canvas. It was commissioned as a memorial for Tiger, and it’s a true honor to create such a meaningful piece of art for someone's home.

This beautiful Ragdoll cat with stunning blue eyes was painted on a round wooden canvas. The simple, solid background really makes the subject pop.

I love the texture and character that painting on wood slices provides. This portrait of a happy black poodle mix shows how the natural grain of the wood can complement the artwork.

Here I am with a large commissioned piece of Murphy and Ollie. Creating large-scale art that becomes a centerpiece in a client's home is always an exciting project.
