Artistic & Creative Couple Portraits
These aren't just photos. They are light, shadow, and your story turned into art. Whether it is a dramatic silhouette or an emotive black and white frame, I look for the magic in the spaces between moments.
An abstract and artistic silhouette of a couple. The vibrant, warm colors in the background create a painterly effect, focusing on the intimate connection in their outline.
A powerful black and white silhouette of a couple against the bright sky. The high contrast and low angle create a dramatic and timeless portrait.

A stunning sunset silhouette of a couple. The deep colors of the sky create a breathtaking backdrop for this intimate and romantic portrait.
A creative black and white portrait using motion blur. The streaking lights of the cityscape in the background contrast with the calm, intimate moment shared by the couple.
About Artistic & Creative Portraits
I don't just rely on natural light. I love playing with off-camera flash and creative techniques like light painting to make your portraits stand out. It is more than just standing in front of a camera. I will guide you into poses that feel real while we wait for that perfect play of shadow and light to catch the exact mood of the moment.
My approach to artistic portraits is about finding the 'tadka' in your story—that little bit of extra flavor that makes an image feel timeless rather than just a snapshot.
Why This Style Matters
When I shoot, I am looking for the quiet in-betweens. Whether it is a couple sharing a secret on a staircase or a dramatic silhouette against a Mumbai sunset, my goal is to create frames that look like art, not just documentation.
The Technical Side
- Light & Shadow: I love the drama of the 'Golden Hour' and the deep, moody vibes of the 'Blue Hour.' These times allow me to use off-camera flash and modifiers to create silhouettes and high-contrast portraits.
- Color vs. Monochrome: Some emotions just hit harder in black and white. I decide this based on the raw feeling of the shot, delivering a mix that tells your full story.
- Directed Candid: You do not need to be a model. I use a 'directed candid' approach—I give you prompts to interact naturally, and I capture the genuine connection that happens when you forget I am even there.
Where We Shoot
Based in Mumbai, I love using the city's heritage precincts, beaches, and hidden garden spots for these creative sessions. If you have a location that means something to you—your first date spot or a favorite street corner—let’s go there. Art takes time, but when we get that perfect shot, it is worth every second.
