About Artistic & Intimate Portraits
In these portraits, we are very hands-on with the lighting. We often pause our session to adjust your pose by just an inch or move you to catch the light perfectly, as that precision is what gives these shots their depth. We focus on capturing your real connection rather than just a perfect smile.
These portraits are not about big, grand gestures. They are about the subtle touch, the way you look at each other, or a quiet silhouette against a window. We work with high-contrast, black-and-white styles specifically because it removes color distractions, making the emotion the only thing that matters.
When we are on set, we are very directive. If the light is not hitting your face exactly where it should, we will stop and adjust until we get that painterly look. We focus on three main things:
- Shadow play: Using light to create depth and drama.
- Close-ups: Capturing tiny, honest details like a held hand or a soft smile.
- Minimalist composition: Keeping the frame clean so the focus stays entirely on your bond.
Whether we are in a studio in Delhi or at a resort in Mussoorie, our aim is to give you photos that look more like art pieces than standard wedding album fillers.
