Professional Dog Show Training & KCI Handling

Success in the show ring is the result of focused, repetitive practice. I run my sessions at the Chikkabanavara grounds, where we work on the specific demands of KCI-sanctioned events.

My training covers the three pillars of a winning performance:

• Stacking: Whether it is hand stacking or teaching your dog to free stack into their breed-standard pose on command, we practice until it is muscle memory. We focus on getting that topline and angulation just right, every single time.
• Gaiting: Movement shows the judge the dog's structure and drive. We train on natural grass to ensure your dog trots with the right speed and reach, helping them stand out in the group lineup.
• Ring Etiquette: A beautiful dog that cannot handle a stranger's touch or gets distracted by other dogs won't win. I train your dog to stay steady during bite checks and physical exams, making sure they maintain their pose even when the ring gets noisy.

I offer two ways to work together. If you want to handle your dog yourself, I provide the training sessions you need to build the confidence to enter the ring. If you want me to handle, I provide professional piloting in the ring, wearing formal attire and managing everything from final grooming touch-ups to strategic movement in front of the judge.
