Choosing a storytelling design is a big decision, so I ask you to share your ideas or reference photos a few days before your function. This gives me the time to plan the layout so that your portraits and specific elements fit perfectly without looking crowded on your hands.
When you choose a storytelling design, you are looking for more than just traditional patterns. My work focuses on integrating meaningful figures—like couple portraits, wedding dates, or symbolic motifs—directly into the henna flow.
Because these designs require high precision, I use a specific shading technique for portraits to ensure the faces are recognizable and clear. I do not use templates; every figure is hand-drawn to match the scale of your hands or feet. Whether you want a peacock, a religious symbol like Radha-Krishna, or a personal sketch of your partner, I treat it as a piece of art rather than a standard design.
I use 100% natural, organic henna for these pieces. This is important because storytelling designs are usually denser and cover more skin area; using natural ingredients ensures you get a dark, rich maroon stain without any skin irritation. I also offer home visits across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, so you can get these intricate designs applied in the comfort of your own space.
