About Meet the Magicians: Our Process & People

On the day of your event, we deploy a team of 12 to 15 shadows to act as your safety net. This includes dedicated assistants who manage outfit emergencies and stain strategists who handle last-minute tech fixes or vendor coordination, ensuring you never have to worry about the logistics while the event is happening.
