Entertainment & Props
- Interactive Games: Execution of 3-4 pre-planned modules including Ice-Breakers and Couple Compatibility Quizzes (e.g., Shoe Game).
- Group Activities: High-energy games like 'Wrap the Mummy' or balloon bursting tailored for mixed age groups.
- Material Supply: Provider brings all game consumables (ribbons, balloons, tissue rolls) and printed placards (Mami-to-be props).
Coordination
- Rituals: Crowd management during Cake Cutting and Godh Bharai rituals to ensure clear photographer access.
- Logistics: Active collaboration with the venue DJ to cue music for entries, games, and dance sets.

I’m Ruchi - aapki host aur dost (your host and friend). Hosting is personal for me. I’m here to make sure your family’s baby celebration feels warm, happy, and a little bit crazy at times. You get energy, fun, and a vibe that feels just right for your family.
What I Do
I handle everything so you can actually enjoy your own event. From baby showers bursting with interactive baby shower games to more traditional naamkaran (naming ceremonies), I keep things moving, make the parents-to-be or new parents feel special, and keep all your guests smiling.
- I run the flow: grand entry, announcements, cake cutting, and rituals.
- Games? Chalo, ek game ramie che! (Let’s play a game!) Quizzes, tissue wrapping, and more.
- Gender reveal activity ideas: thumbprint votes, blessing boxes, you name it.
- Family performances and unique entertainment like digital caricatures or perfume bars.
