About Yoga for Mind & Body
We don't just put you in a room with a mat and call it yoga. Our trainers use manual assisted stretching to safely open up your range of motion. It helps you recover faster after your heavy lifting days and keeps your muscles from getting stiff, even if you spend all day working at a desk.
Think of our yoga sessions as the recovery half of your workout life. Many people here spend their mornings crushing it in the CrossFit zone or hitting PRs on the bench press, but they ignore the recovery. That is where the tightness and the injuries creep in.
When you join our yoga flow, you are not just relaxing. We focus on active mobility, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching, and breathwork to clear your head. It is meant to be a contrast to the high-intensity music and heavy weights elsewhere in the club. If you have been struggling with back pain from sitting at a computer or your shoulders feel locked up, this is the fix.
We keep the sessions practical. No chanting or complicated jargon you will not use. Just clear, guided movements that make you feel lighter. Many of our members who started for just weight loss found that the mental clarity they got from these sessions was what kept them coming back. Whether you are a beginner who can barely reach your knees or a regular lifter who wants to improve their squat depth, these classes are for you. Bring your own mat if you have one, or use ours. Just bring the determination to show up.
