About Real Transformations, Real Results
Our Transformation PT program is a 6-day-a-week commitment designed for those who mean business. You get more than just coaching; we do daily diet photo reviews on WhatsApp, bi-weekly inch-loss tracking, and high-intensity sessions that mix lifting with rooftop functional drills. It is strict, but it works because we handle the programming while you handle the consistency.
No Magic, Just Work
Transformation isn't about sudden miracles. It is about fixing the small things you do every day. Most people fail because they stop showing up or eat without thinking. We fix that by becoming your accountability partner. If you miss a session, we follow up. If you are confused about your meal, you send us a photo and we tell you how to adjust it.
What Happens in a Session?
Our Transformation PT (6 days a week) isn't just about moving heavy iron on our Jerai machines. We focus on the full picture:
- Strength & Hypertrophy: We start with compound lifts and manual spotting to make sure you are lifting safe and heavy.
- Functional Conditioning: On days when you need to burn fat, we move to the rooftop. Think battle ropes, tractor tire flips, and sledgehammer drills.
- Recovery: We end sessions with assisted stretching to help you stay mobile and reduce soreness.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be fit to start? Bilkul nahi. We have everyone from absolute beginners to advanced lifters. The program is customized based on where you are right now.
Do you provide diet plans? We don't give you a boring sheet of paper and leave you alone. We do daily diet photo reviews. You show us what you are eating, and we guide you on how to optimize it for your goals.
What if I cannot make it for 6 days? We also have a Standard PT (3 days per week) option which is perfect if you are just starting out or have a packed schedule.
