About Henna Classes
Why I Teach Henna
Henna is more than a pattern to me - it's an expression of love, a tradition passed on with 'mehnat' (hard work) and heart. I want to share everything I've learnt so you can make your own beautiful 'stain of love'.
What You’ll Actually Learn
- We start simple - how to hold a henna cone, how to steady your hand, and practise basic shapes till your lines look clean. If you’re looking for a beginner henna design course, I make sure you get the basics right before moving to skin.
- I’ll show you Arabic mehendi, Gulf, Indian, and Pakistani styles – plus how to mix and match those for your own vibe.
- We go deep into advanced stuff too: floral motifs, especially roses, playing with shading, and negative space so your work pops.
- Want to make your designs personal? I’ll teach you custom name henna techniques – adding initials and names in a way that looks natural.
How You Can Join
- In Mumbai, I teach in-person at workshops in Kurla West and Govandi. You’ll get hands-on help and real-time feedback.
- Prefer online henna art lessons? I run batch classes where you can join from wherever you are.
Who Should Join
Never held a cone? Already doodling on hands? Either way, I’ll help you start or level up. I believe anybody can become a confident henna artist – just need the right push and some practice.

My Story
Salaam, I’m Anam from Kurla. Henna is my blessing, my art, my way to celebrate love and family. I just got married and, trust me, being the bride is a whole new mehndi story! Always thought I’d apply henna for everyone, but whose hands will be empty? (Sochi thi sbko mehndi laga dungi, toh kis k haath khali rahenge?) I’m a mix of old-school romance, Bollywood tunes, and deep, detailed designs. Just a Mumbaikar - living, loving, staining hands with joy.
My Work
Bridal & Non-Bridal Henna - I do deep stain bridal henna, Arabic henna patterns, festival mehndi for Eid and Ramadan, plus Gulf style leg mehndi.
