About Creative Concepts & Themed Shoots
My studio in Bilekahalli is fully stocked with props, from rustic mini-beds and eggshells to milk bath tubs, so you do not need to source your own decor. Whether we are planning a dreamy newborn fantasy or a messy mini-chef session for a toddler, I handle the full styling setup before you arrive, so we can focus entirely on capturing the moment.
A lot of parents ask me how to keep their kids engaged during a shoot. The secret is the theme. When a toddler is busy with a 'mini-chef' setup or an 'artist' station, they stop looking at the camera and start playing. That is when I get the best candid shots. My creative concept sessions are designed to be low-stress for parents. You do not have to worry about buying balloons, bunting, or outfits. I have a dedicated studio wardrobe for newborns and toddlers, and I keep my prop collection updated with fresh themes like floral boho, rustic picnics, or the classic milk bath.
For newborns, we prioritize safety above everything. These sessions take 3 to 4 hours because we need to pause for feeding and burping. I use temperature-controlled settings and gentle wraps to keep them calm. For older kids, we move faster, mixing about 30% posed portraits with 70% play-based shots. If you have a specific idea or a custom theme in mind, tell me during our planning chat. Whether it is a bright orange-themed fruit smash or a starry night fantasy, I can set it up. I am based in Bilekahalli but I am happy to discuss outdoor options if you prefer the natural light of a park over a studio backdrop.
