For custom portrait mehandi, we start with a 30-minute consultation to map your love story. Whether it is your varmala moment or a sketch of your pet, I work with you to finalize how these elements fit on your palms before I begin the actual application.
My portrait designs are more than just henna art. They are a way to wear your story on your big day. When you choose a storytelling package, I use a specific cutwork technique that creates negative space, making your faces and symbols pop against the intricate background patterns.
How the Process Works
- Consultation: We spend 30 minutes discussing what matters to you. Is it a picture of your proposal? Your dog? A specific flower from your bouquet? We map these onto your palms.
- Technique: I use a blend of old-school motifs like peacocks and lotus bands alongside modern, hyper-detailed portraits.
- Natural Henna: Every design is drawn with my own triple-sifted, organic Sojat henna paste, ensuring your stain is deep and long-lasting for your post-wedding events.
Pricing & Packages
I offer two tiers for personalized work:
- Mid-Arm Storytelling: Starts at ₹22,000. This covers up to 2 realistic portraits and specific narrative milestones. Application takes about 5 to 6 hours.
- Royal Full-Arm Bespoke: Starts at ₹34,000. This is an 8 to 9-hour commitment where I book the entire day for you, featuring 3 to 4 ceremonial scenes and full shoulder coverage.
