What I Do

I’m Amit Das, a poet and rapper from Delhi. For me, “Pehchan hi toh banani hai” (I’m here to make my own identity). My performances mix spoken word and rap, with a lot of my lines switching between Hindi and English. I get up on stage to share real stories - sometimes raw, sometimes loud, always honest.

Performance Style

• Spoken Word & Shayari: I perform original poetry, straight from the heart. It’s not just a show, it’s a chat - I talk about things that hit home, from social truths to all those small moments in life.
• Rap & Hip Hop: My rap is high-energy, with crowd interaction and a slice of Delhi’s asli (authentic) hip hop culture. Self-discovery, hustle, and urban youth storytelling are my go-tos.

• Motivation: Chasing dreams, fighting failure, finding your own path

Where I’ve Been

I’ve performed live spoken word poetry and Hindi-English rap performances at college fests, school annual days, community events, and motivational sessions. Stage jitters? Not my thing. I connect, I deliver, I keep it real.
