Freezing the Milestone

There is a specific, magical window around 8 to 10 months when a baby is sitting independently but not yet running off. This is the 'sitter' phase, and it is my favorite time to capture their emerging personality. They are expressive, curious, and just starting to show who they are becoming. By the time we hit the first birthday, we are celebrating a year of life, and I design these setups to reflect that celebration without the clutter of generic store-bought plastic props.
