Jindal Group Auditorium: A Turnkey AV Integration Project
Transforming a large-scale auditorium requires more than just equipment. This two-year project showcases our end-to-end capabilities, from acoustic treatment and stage lighting to integrated projection systems for large venues.
Here you can see the project nearing completion, with scaffolding still in place as we finalize the installation of the main projector and overhead lighting rigs. This stage involves meticulous testing of all AV components.
A view from the stage, looking back at the multi-level seating and the rear technical booth. This perspective highlights the strategic placement of stage lighting and speakers to ensure optimal coverage for the entire audience.
Our team is seen here during the installation phase on the main stage. We were responsible for everything, including the setup of large-format speakers and the careful unpacking and placement of sensitive AV equipment.
An engineer works on the final connections for the stage's audio system. This phase is critical for ensuring all sound equipment, from microphones to subwoofers, is perfectly integrated and calibrated for the room's acoustics.
Workers are putting the finishing touches on the seating area and stage flooring. Our project management ensures that our AV installation timeline is perfectly coordinated with other construction and finishing work.

The final, completed Jindal Group auditorium. This represents the culmination of our team's expertise in large-scale AV integration, delivering a world-class facility ready for corporate events, presentations, and performances.
About Jindal Group Auditorium: A Case Study
For a venue of this scale, acoustic treatment is just as important as the hardware. We did not just install the line-array audio and projection systems; we synchronized every component with the hall's architecture to ensure feedback-free sound and crisp visuals even at the back row. We handle the complex structural rigging and DMX lighting integration so your facility team does not have to manage multiple contractors.
From Blueprints to Grand Opening
Building an auditorium that seats over 200 people is a high-stakes challenge. The Jindal Group project was not a standard install; it required two years of close coordination with architects and site engineers. We started with the foundation—the acoustic paneling and sound-dampening zones—before touching any electricals.
Our scope included:
- Large-Scale AV: A 10,000+ lumen laser projector paired with a massive, acoustically transparent screen.
- Professional Sound: Line-array speakers tuned specifically to the hall’s geometry, managed by a 32-channel digital mixer to minimize echo and feedback.
- Stage Lighting: A complete truss-mounted rig using LED PARs and profile spots, controlled via a standard DMX interface.
Why Large Venue Integration is Different
In smaller spaces, you can get away with off-the-shelf equipment. Here, we used professional-grade components from brands like JBL and Yamaha because reliability over long sessions is non-negotiable. The integration process is the most critical part—we do not just bolt equipment to the ceiling. We create pre-programmed scenes, so a facility manager can switch from 'Townhall Presentation' to 'Live Performance' with a single touch, without needing an AV engineer on standby.
If you are planning a corporate auditorium or a training center in Delhi, Noida, or Gurugram, we understand the long-term commitment it takes to get it right. Let’s discuss your technical requirements.
