About Golden Hour & Fairytale Fields
The biggest challenge with an outdoor maternity shoot is timing and styling, so I manage both for you. We schedule strictly for the sunrise or sunset golden hour to ensure that perfect, soft glow, and I bring a full rack of flowing gowns and props to the location so you just need to arrive ready to relax.
Outdoor maternity photography is all about catching the light at the right moment. We work exclusively around the golden hour—the hour just after sunrise or just before sunset—when the sunlight is soft, flattering, and perfect for that angelic pregnancy glow. Whether we head to open grasslands or the quiet, misty lakesides around Yelahanka and across Bengaluru, the goal is to create a setting that feels like you have stepped into a storybook.
I handle the entire setup so you do not have to stress about logistics. My outdoor packages include the 'flying dress' experience, where I provide assistance with gown train adjustments to create those dramatic, floating fabric shots you see in my gallery. I provide a selection of flowy, solid-colored gowns designed specifically to pop against nature's backdrop.
These sessions are all-inclusive. This means I coordinate the makeup artist and hairstylist who meet us on location for touch-ups. We also bring props like lace umbrellas, floral tiaras, and sometimes even vintage mirrors to add that touch of whimsy. You do not need to worry about the details; just show up, enjoy the quiet moment with your partner, and let the light do the rest.
