About this collection

In our Zoom sessions, we treat your living room like our home court, giving you the same real-time feedback on your form and footwork that we give our academy players in person. Training from Anywhere
Whether you are in Bangalore or beyond, you can still put in the work. Our virtual training is built on the same foundations as our in-person academy: we focus on dribbling, shooting mechanics, and defensive footwork.
The Virtual Approach
We use interactive Zoom sessions to ensure you are practicing correctly. Just like our in-person classes, we emphasize:
- Finger Pad Dribbling: We watch your hands on camera to ensure you aren't slapping the ball with your palms.
- Athletic Stance: We correct your posture, ensuring your knees are bent and your center of gravity is low.
- Form Shooting: We break down your jump shot step-by-step, from the grip to the follow-through.
Why At-Home Drills Matter
You don't need a full-sized court to become a better player. Some of our most effective exercises, like the wall-sit dribbles or V-scissor pass-throughs, can be done in a small hallway or a bedroom. These drills build the muscle memory and conditioning you need to succeed when you eventually get back on the hardwood.
We also share player-led drill videos, featuring our own academy athletes demonstrating techniques you can mimic.
