The Engineering Behind Our Buildings
We don't just assemble structures. We use heavy-duty MS frames, fire-resistant cement boards, and thermal insulation to build spaces that last. Here is the technical foundation of every Albdeeoo project.
We use VNext Fibre Cement Boards, which are resistant to the three biggest threats: fire, water, and termites. This is a core material that ensures the safety and longevity of our structures.
This graphic explains the benefits of the glass wool insulation we use in our walls and ceilings. It provides excellent thermal insulation, energy efficiency, fire resistance, and sound absorption.

About The Engineering Behind Our Buildings
People often ask why our structures stand strong for years. It comes down to our heavy-duty Mild Steel (MS) skeleton combined with VNext fibre cement boards. Unlike standard construction, this combination is termite-proof, fire-resistant, and completely water-repellent. We are not just building fast. We are building smart.
When we build a prefab structure, we solve the three biggest headaches of construction: fire, water, and termites. Our standard specification includes an MS box pipe frame that acts as the backbone of the structure. We coat this with anti-rust paint to ensure it does not corrode, even in the humid Delhi weather.
The walls are crafted from VNext cement boards. These are not just panels. They are fire-resistant and provide a smooth, paint-ready surface that looks just like a solid wall. For roofing and ceilings, we install glass wool insulation between the layers. This acts as a thermal barrier, keeping the interiors cool during the peak Delhi summer and retaining warmth when the winter chill sets in.
For multi-story requirements or rooftop G+1 extensions, we use a decking sheet system. We lay these steel sheets over the frame, cover them with cementitious PPC, and apply a waterproofing layer. This creates a solid, heavy-duty floor that is light enough to not stress your existing building but strong enough to live on.
Every project starts with a structural plan to calculate wind loads and weight distribution. We do not guess. We engineer.
Albdeeoo Interiors
I am Faizan, and at Albdeeoo, we treat construction like an engineering puzzle. My team of welders and technicians does not just assemble sheets. We build safe, permanent homes that withstand the elements. If you want a builder who cares as much about the frame inside as the paint on the outside, let us talk.
