Special Effects & Halloween Makeup in Bandra
From realistic wounds to full character transformations, get custom SFX makeup that brings your costume to life at my Bandra studio.
This is a peek into the process of creating a super realistic prosthetic wound. I start by sculpting the gash and then bring it to life with layers of color and plenty of fake blood. It's a messy and fun process, perfect for anyone looking to win the best costume prize at their next Halloween party.
It’s always a joy to get my little artistes ready for Halloween. For this Maleficent-inspired look, I created a gory arm wound to add a surprising twist to her costume. I use skin-safe products to make sure the experience is as fun and comfortable as it is spooky.
Look at these happy faces. The best part of creating special effects makeup for kids is seeing their excitement. Whether it's a simple cut or a full zombie arm, their smiles show that a little bit of spooky can be a whole lot of fun.
About Featured
My SFX sessions are more like creative workshops than just makeup application. I use skin-safe techniques like liquid latex and tissue layering to build 3D effects right on your skin. Whether you need a subtle scratch or a dramatic zombie look, the process is quick, messy, and designed to last through your event without any fuss.
Whether it is Halloween, a costume party, or a small film project, special effects makeup is a fantastic way to step into a new character. In my Bandra studio, I move away from pre-made masks and focus on direct skin sculpting. Using liquid latex and tissue layering, I build realistic 3D textures like deep gashes, scarring, or warty skin directly onto your forearm, neck, or face.
For a single wound or localized effect, we usually spend 20 to 30 minutes. It is a tactile, fun process that creates a piece that stays put for 3 to 4 hours. Because I use water-soluble materials, you will not have to scrub your skin raw at the end of the night—a little warm water and soap is all it takes to clean up.
If you are planning a full-blown zombie or witch transformation, we take things a step further with heavy contouring and neck blending to make sure the transition into your costume is seamless. I do not do cookie-cutter looks, so we can always tweak the level of gore or style to suit your age and comfort level. My studio is a judgment-free zone where we embrace the mess, have a laugh, and get you ready for your big event.
