About this collection
This isn't just about running drills. My NIS certification means I understand the science behind bio-mechanics, while my Animal Flow training gives me the tools to actively build your mobility and bulletproof your joints. When you train with me, you’re getting a program built on structured sport science rather than random exercises, ensuring that every session actually translates to better performance on the court.
Why Certified Coaching Matters
Many coaches rely on intuition or what they saw online. My approach is different. Having completed the Diploma in Sports Coaching from the National Institute of Sports (NIS), I base every program on verified principles of athletic development, load management, and recovery.
Whether you are a beginner or a competitive athlete, you need a plan that evolves with you. We don't just 'play basketball.' We break down your movement patterns to fix inefficiencies that slow you down or cause injury.
The Role of Mobility and Animal Flow
Basketball is hard on the body. Constant jumping, cutting, and landing require joints that can handle stress. I integrate Animal Flow—a ground-based movement system—directly into our training. It improves your:
- Joint Health: Reducing the risk of common basketball injuries like ankle sprains.
- Functional Strength: Building the kind of core and stabilizer strength that keeps you solid during contact.
- Body Control: Improving your coordination and speed in tight spaces.
My Training Philosophy
I treat my sessions like a laboratory for your game. If you are struggling with your vertical leap, we fix your bio-mechanics. If you are getting pushed off your spot, we work on functional power. I provide visual feedback, track your progress, and hold you accountable for the work. If you show up, I guarantee you will leave better than you arrived.
