Game Day Highlights: My Techniques in Action
These aren't just photos. They show what happens when you train for real pressure. Every shot, defensive stop, and layup you see here is the result of consistent, no-nonsense conditioning.
Driving hard for a layup during the KBG Cup 2024. My training focuses on explosive first steps and finishing strong.
Pulling up for a jump shot during the 3x3 Baseline Hoops tournament. Quick release is key in the fast-paced 3x3 game.
A clear shot of my jump shot form during a 3x3 game. We break down shooting mechanics to build a consistent shot.
Elevating over the defense to get a clean shot off.
A mid-range jump shot during the Baseline Hoops Jam. Footwork and balance are crucial for shots like these.
Attacking the basket for a contested layup against multiple defenders.
Contesting a shot on defense. Athleticism isn't just about offense; it's about being a two-way player.
About this collection
These shots from the KBG Cup and Baseline Hoops tournaments are the result of sessions where we simulate game fatigue. When you are on the court, you are not just shooting. You are managing contact, handling defensive pressure, and making split-second decisions while your lungs are burning. If you want to play like this, you have to train like this.
These photos capture the reality of the game, the moments after hours of conditioning where your form must hold up under pressure. Whether it is the fast-paced nature of 3x3 tournaments or the strategic 5v5 play, the objective remains the same: execution under exhaustion.
I train my students at Bharath Sports Union in Malleshwaram, Bengaluru, using methods I learned during my NIS certification. We do not just shoot around. We focus on:
- Finishing through contact: I teach you to shield the ball and score even when defenders are draped over you.
- Shooting under pressure: Your shooting mechanics often break down when you are tired. We train specifically to keep your release consistent regardless of your heart rate.
- Defensive awareness: You will see me contesting shots in these photos. Offense gets the glory, but defense gets you the playing time.
If you are tired of generic coaching that feels like a gym class, you have found the right place. I will push you, question your intensity, and make you run if you miss. If you are serious about basketball conditioning, let us get to work.

I do not just teach basketball. I train you to survive the game. I bring the same intensity to our sessions that I bring to the KBG Cup floor. If you are ready to stop playing like a robot and start playing like an athlete, we will get along just fine.
