About Game Day Highlights
These shots from the KBG Cup and Baseline Hoops tournaments are the result of sessions where we simulate game fatigue. When you are on the court, you are not just shooting. You are managing contact, handling defensive pressure, and making split-second decisions while your lungs are burning. If you want to play like this, you have to train like this.
These photos capture the reality of the game, the moments after hours of conditioning where your form must hold up under pressure. Whether it is the fast-paced nature of 3x3 tournaments or the strategic 5v5 play, the objective remains the same: execution under exhaustion.
I train my students at Bharath Sports Union in Malleshwaram, Bengaluru, using methods I learned during my NIS certification. We do not just shoot around. We focus on:
- Finishing through contact: I teach you to shield the ball and score even when defenders are draped over you.
- Shooting under pressure: Your shooting mechanics often break down when you are tired. We train specifically to keep your release consistent regardless of your heart rate.
- Defensive awareness: You will see me contesting shots in these photos. Offense gets the glory, but defense gets you the playing time.
