Real Client Celebrations in Bespoke Menswear
Seeing these outfits in motion on my clients reveals how our fusion sherwanis and tailored tuxedos hold up during the energy of a real wedding or gala.
A truly special moment. I had the pleasure of designing this custom black-on-black embroidered ensemble for the groom, Arun Kaushik. Seeing him celebrate with such joy is the greatest reward for my craft.
About this collection
Every piece you see here went through at least three individual fitting sessions to ensure the silhouette stays sharp while allowing the actual movement a groom needs. My goal is to make sure you look as confident at the end of the night as you did when the event started.
The photos on this page are more than just a gallery. They represent the final result of a collaborative process between me and my clients at my Shahpur Jat studio. When we start a commission, we move past standard sizing. We look at the fabric drape, the structural stiffness required for an Achkan, and how a heavy Raw Silk sherwani or a lighter fusion tuxedo should sit on your specific frame.
The Fusion Approach
Most of the looks featured here rely on the contrast between traditional Indian handwork and modern, crisp tailoring. You will see elements like:
- Asymmetric Cuts: Ditching the standard symmetrical line for something more dynamic.
- Modern Fabrics: Using Italian wool blends or structured velvet for a clean, contemporary finish rather than heavy traditional brocades.
- Functional Detailing: Ensuring metallic closures and pocket squares are integrated into the design, not just added as an afterthought.
My Process
If you choose to work with me, understand that this is a custom journey. It is not an overnight service. From the initial measurement to the final stitch, I focus on 'floating interlining' in my higher-end Sherwanis and full-canvas construction in my tuxedos. This ensures the garment molds to your body over time rather than just sitting on top of it. If you have a specific event coming up, I recommend starting the conversation at least a month in advance to accommodate the necessary fittings.
Forte Bespoke
I’m Arun. I run Forte out of my Shahpur Jat studio because I wanted to move beyond the limitations of off-the-rack clothing. I work directly with you to create a piece that actually fits your frame and reflects your personal style.
