Exhibitions move fast. We specialize in managing the entire design-to-build lifecycle, ensuring complex structural installations are executed flawlessly within high-pressure, short-window timelines.

A glimpse into the rapid execution process for our projects at the Matecia Exhibition. This video shows the transformation from raw construction sites to finished, branded pavilions for multiple clients.

About this collection

Executing a stall within a 24-to-36-hour window requires more than just aesthetic design; it demands rigorous structural planning. We use modular fabrication techniques and off-site pre-assembly to ensure that intricate elements, such as arched vaults or complex geometry, are installed safely and precisely without compromising the high-end finish quality of your brand pavilion.

The Architecture of Speed

Our approach to exhibition design is distinct from permanent interior projects because of the extreme compression of time and space. An exhibition stall is temporary architecture—a pavilion that must stand strong, capture attention, and be dismantled efficiently.

From Brief to Build

The process begins with the structural constraints of the exhibition hall. Unlike permanent buildings, we operate with strict height restrictions and logistical hurdles.

  • Concept Development: We prioritize visitor flow and sightlines. Our designs use volumetric massing to guide traffic, ensuring that key brand messaging is visible from the main aisle.
  • Material Selection: We prioritize materials like flexi-ply, MDF, and lightweight metal framing. These allow us to create complex, curvilinear volumes and bespoke arched vaults that hold structural integrity while remaining within strict weight limits.
  • Off-site Prefabrication: To meet 24-hour setup windows, we fabricate core components like wall panels and display vitrines in our workshop. On-site work is reserved for final assembly, electrical integration, and surface finishing, such as duco-paint or veneer cladding.

Managing the 36-Hour Window

We maintain a disciplined site protocol. A project manager oversees a dedicated team, typically 50+ personnel for larger pavilions, ensuring that critical path tasks—like flooring, electrical, and structural framing—are synchronized. This prevents the typical on-site bottlenecks. Whether it is a luxury jewelry showcase or a corporate experience center, the objective is the same: professional finish in a temporary environment.

I approach exhibition stalls as short-lived pieces of architecture rather than just marketing boxes. My team and I handle the entire build, focusing on precision fabrication so you can focus on the event itself.
