Featured Exhibition Stall Designs
A curated look at our architectural approach to exhibition design. We transform temporary spaces into memorable brand experiences using bold geometry and refined material palettes.
For Safelam Laminates, we designed this 99 sq.m pavilion with curvilinear volumes that create an organic and refined visitor journey. The flowing wooden structures and strategic lighting guide guests through the space, inviting exploration of the product displays.
The design for Ambica's 110 sq.m exhibition stall was inspired by the rhythmic motion of a conveyor belt. We translated this industrial aesthetic into an elegant architectural form, with waves rippling around the fascia to suggest dynamic movement.
We created a luxurious and minimal exhibition space for Villandi Jewellers at Bridal Asia. The design uses an off-white palette with brass and wood accents, ensuring the intricate jewellery pieces remain the primary focus within the elegant display cases.
This 220 sq.m exhibition space for Virgo features a striking interplay of materials and volumes. A vibrant red lattice wall serves as a focal point, complemented by wood-clad structures and defined seating areas for visitor discussions.
For a compact 15 sq.m space for Pllum Legno, we moved beyond a typical pavilion to create a dynamic art installation. The design uses an abstract backdrop and dramatic lighting to highlight the veneer products as sculptural objects.
The fascia for Realply's 240 sq.m exhibit was a composition of multiple masses and voids. We used a juxtaposition of light and dark veneer finishes to create a sense of intrigue and grandeur, drawing visitors into the main aisle.
Inside the Safelam pavilion, product displays are integrated directly into the curved walls. This image shows a visitor interacting with the laminate samples, demonstrating how our designs encourage a tactile and personal experience with the brand's offerings.
About this collection
When we approach an exhibition stall, we focus on the structural narrative rather than simple decoration. For instance, in our recent work for Virgo, we implemented tapering walls to physically funnel visitors into the display, turning the stall's geometry into a tool for engagement. This architectural control over visitor circulation is what separates a standard booth from a functional brand experience.
Designing for trade shows requires a shift in mindset. We view exhibition stalls not as disposable marketing assets, but as short-term architecture. Whether it is the rhythmic, conveyor-belt-inspired curves of the Ambica stall or the sculptural minimalism of our Villandi setup, every element is engineered to serve the brand's identity.
We manage the entire lifecycle—concept, structural engineering, fabrication, and on-site assembly. The pressure of exhibition timelines is significant; our ability to execute large-scale, double-height pavilions within 48-hour windows is a standard operational requirement for our team. We utilize mild steel framing for structural stability and curate material palettes—brass, veneer, textured wallpaper—to ensure the physical space feels permanent and premium.
Located in Malviya Nagar, we work across Delhi NCR and nationwide. If you need a booth that functions as a space for conversation and brand interaction rather than just a static product display, we prioritize that flow. Our design process begins with your brief, moving through rigorous spatial planning to ensure that whether you have a 15 sq.m corner or a 250 sq.m pavilion, the design commands attention.
