- Zoning Strategy: Separation of reception desk, open display areas, semi-private meeting lounges, and concealed pantry.
- Feature Element: Construction of one major structural hook, such as a tapering entrance wall or central sculpture.
- Wall Height: Standard 8-10ft walls with straight lines and structural stability.
Cladding & Branding
- Wall Finishes: Extensive cladding using Laminates/Veneers (labor included) or Texture Paint application.
- Signage: Backlit acrylic 3D logos on fascia and reception counters; vinyl graphics for product specs.

- Pantry: Basic shelving and electrical points for coffee machines/dispensers.

Large-Scale Brand Pavilion
Heavy Structure & Scale
- Volumetric Design: Utilization of maximum hall height (4m-6m) including domes, arches, or massive bulkheads.
- Steel Framing: Use of MS (Mild Steel) fabrication for large spans and heavy overhangs, clad with ply/MDF.
- Finishes: Airless spray painting or large-format laminate cladding for consistent coverage over huge surface areas.
Visitor Management
- Layout: Socio-interactive aisles designed for heavy footfall and distinct VIP discussion enclaves with sofa seating.
- Decor: Integration of artificial vertical gardens, planter boxes, and experience zones for product interaction.
- Furniture: Bulk rental of 10+ meeting tables and multiple lounge clusters.
Site Logistics
- Manpower: Deployment of large-scale labor teams (50+ personnel) for execution within 48-hour windows.
- Compliance: Structural stability certification for double-height structures and fire-retardant paint application.
About Exhibition & Pavilion Design
How I See Exhibition Spaces
Exhibition stalls aren’t just boxes to fill. I treat every booth or pavilion as a short-lived piece of architecture that sticks in people’s memory. For me, it’s all about translating your brand’s vibe into a space people actually want to be in, whether you want grandeur, calm, or just pure curiosity.
My Process
- Everything starts with your story. I go deep into your brief before sketching a single line.
- The core idea comes first. Sometimes it’s inspired by emotion, sometimes by something quirky, like a conveyor belt’s rhythm.
- I use shapes and materials to guide how people move and interact. Stuff like bold curves, walls that pull you in, or clever lighting.
- Texture matters. Veneer, brass, painted surfaces—they all play their part in building your brand’s story.
Working Under Pressure
Exhibitions move fast. I’m used to tight timelines and big asks.
- Delivered 7 stalls (12,000 sq ft) in 36 hours for one event.
- Built a luxury brand pavilion start-to-finish in under three weeks, with on-site assembly in a day.
Projects I’m Proud Of
- For a plywood brand, designed a pavilion with bold mass/void elements for a grand entrance and interactive aisle.
- Created a luxe, minimal setup for a jeweller using off-white, brass, and wood so the jewellery stood out.
- Turned a tiny booth into an art piece with a funky backwall, moving pedestals, and dramatic lights—small but impossible to miss.
What I Offer
- immersive exhibition experience
- custom trade show booth design
- brand pavilion concepts
I’m all about making each space a real extension of you, not just a display. If you want something that actually gets noticed, that’s my scene.

My Story
Hey, I’m Ajay. Spaces speak to me—sometimes it’s the buzz of Chandni Chowk, sometimes it’s just the quiet of a farmhouse. I’m all about mixing old school stuff, like red stone and jharokhas, with clean, modern lines. I want every place I design to feel like it’s always belonged, even if it’s brand new. I guess I’m chasing that old lived-in charm but with a fresh twist.
My Work
All Kinds of Design Projects - We do architecture, interiors, exhibition stalls, landscape, and product design. No project is too quirky.
Mix of Modern & Tradition - Love blending contemporary jharokha design with local materials—each space gets its own story.
Light, Space & Flow - Big on natural light, open-to-sky shafts, and connecting indoors with outdoors. Feels open, feels calm.
Craftsmanship & Materials - Work with skilled hands—neo-classical mouldings, raw brick, and stone. Every detail matters.
