We don't just build booths. We create sensory experiences that tell your brand's story, using sustainable materials and thoughtful spatial design to make every visitor pause.

This video shows our 'Wild' exhibition design, a tribute to ancient forests. We used sustainable materials like Lantana wood and handmade paper to create an enchanted forest atmosphere, with glowing fungi and leaf-inspired lamps. The goal was to envelop visitors in a soft, warm glow that felt both magical and natural.

A closer look at the 'Submerge' collection, our homage to the ocean. The space was designed with deep blue tones and dramatic lighting to create an underwater feeling. Each light installation was inspired by marine forms and crafted from materials like waste fishing nets, connecting beauty with a message of conservation.

This was the entrance to the Oorjaa booth we designed at India Design. We used simple, hanging kora fabric panels to create pathways and demarcate different zones. The design guides visitors through the space, allowing the sculptural lighting to be the main focus while creating an intuitive and calming experience.

A detailed shot of the 'Living Forest' tree installation. The texture of the trunk and the soft light from the mushroom lamps created a focal point that was both interactive and educational. We explained how the material, Lantana, is an invasive weed, making the installation a story of ecological redemption.

Here you can see how a visitor interacts with the 'Living Forest' space. We design for human scale and curiosity, encouraging people to touch, feel, and get closer. The layout was intentionally open to invite exploration and create personal moments of connection with the products.

We believe in showing the craft behind the product. For this exhibition, we created a central community table with a beautiful lantana base where a craftsman could work live. This allowed visitors to see the skill involved and have conversations, deepening their understanding of the brand's handmade ethos.

Another view of the central discussion area in the Oorjaa booth. The space was designed to be functional for conversations while being surrounded by beauty. The large, organic light fixture above mimics dewdrops on a spiderweb, continuing the nature-inspired theme throughout the booth.

A wide view of one section of the exhibition booth. We used a dark, neutral backdrop to make the illuminated pieces pop. The layout was carefully planned to balance large statement installations with smaller product displays, ensuring a dynamic visual experience from every angle.

Us, Kavya and Saily, at the India Design exhibition. Being on-site to see a project come to life is one of the most fulfilling parts of our job. This project was a true labor of love, and we were so grateful for the opportunity to design for a brand that shares our values.

This video shows snippets of the final installation, from the incredible life-sized elephant sculpture to the interactive living forest. Our spatial design aimed to create a series of 'wow' moments, showcasing the artistry and scale of the handcrafted pieces.

About Immersive Exhibition Booths

When we design a booth, we look for materials with a story. For our 'Living Forest' installation, we repurposed invasive Lantana weeds into mushroom-inspired lights. It isn't just about how the space looks, but how we guide the visitor through it using textures, fabric pathways, and lighting that feels organic rather than commercial.
