About From Our Organic Fields: Naturally Grown Goodness

You will notice that our vegetables often look a bit different. A slightly odd-shaped beetroot or a small spot on a mango is proof that we avoid artificial ripening agents and synthetic pesticides. We focus on nutrient density and natural flavor, meaning our harvest availability shifts strictly according to the season and what our land is ready to give.

Our approach to organic farming is rooted in transparency. When you choose our produce, you are getting food grown with farmyard manure and neem cake, completely free from the chemicals often found in commercial agriculture. We manage our open fields in Bengaluru with a focus on soil health, ensuring that what reaches your table is safe, clean, and honest.

Why Our Harvest is Different

  • Seasonal Integrity: We do not force crops. You will only find mangoes when the trees are ready, and leafy greens when the cycle permits. This ensures you eat food when it is most nutritious.
  • The Beauty of Imperfection: We refuse to throw away good food just because it does not fit the uniform shape of supermarket produce. We believe a crooked carrot tastes exactly as earthy and sweet as a straight one.
  • From Soil to Table: We practice agroforestry, which helps maintain biodiversity. By avoiding heavy metals and soil contaminants, we provide produce that aligns with the 'samaajakke ondu koduge' (a contribution to society) philosophy we live by.

Whether you are looking for creamy avocados, hand-plucked leafy greens, or our naturally ripened Tumkur mangoes, you are getting food grown by people who are as passionate about the process as they are about the harvest. We invite you to experience the difference that chemical-free, soil-grown farming makes in your daily meals.
