About Featured

When you visit, you aren't just observing. You are stepping into our Indo-Dutch greenhouses, learning techniques like trellising or transplanting, and seeing exactly how we grow food without using harsh chemical sprays. Whether you join us for a yoga morning or a volunteer session, you will get your hands dirty and see the real effort behind every harvest.

Our farm is more than a destination; it is a center of excellence where we bridge the gap between technology and traditional agriculture. Since starting seven years ago, our goal has been to teach and inspire, proving that you can grow healthy, residue-free produce even on a small scale.

What You Experience Here

  • Practical Learning: Our sessions are never just theory. Whether you are a student learning about composting or an adult curious about hydroponics, you participate in the actual crop cycle. We teach you how to manage soil, utilize coco-peat grow bags, and maintain greenhouse environments.
  • Wellness & Nature: We believe farming is for the soul too. Our Saturday yoga sessions and nature tours are designed to help you hit reset. You start with Hatha yoga in the open air, followed by a walk through our fields and greenhouses, and finish with a snack made from our own harvest.
  • Community Connection: We are proud of our 'Farmer for a Day' program. This is your chance to work alongside our agronomists. You will help with daily tasks—pruning, harvesting, or preparing beds—and share a simple, community meal with our team. It is honest, messy, and rewarding work.

Why Kumbalgodu?

Located about 45 minutes from the city, our farm serves as a living classroom. We focus on sustainable practices that respect the planet, using only farmyard manure and organic methods. By visiting us, you aren't just taking a tour; you are supporting a movement to make agriculture fair, transparent, and accessible to everyone. We welcome families, school groups, and individuals who want to take their first step toward growing their own food.
